Founders
Before founding Aurelian, Max and James were building call automation technology for hair salons. Their perspective changed when one customer spent 45-minutes waiting on a city’s non-emergency line, handled by the same call-takers responsible for answering 911 calls. That insight led them to pivot to Public Safety and build for PSAPs to help telecommunicators handle non-emergency demand more efficiently, reduce cognitive load, and help call-takers stay focused on emergencies.
